TAKE

  • Mussels 500g
  • White dry wine 100 g
  • Cheese, hard 200 g
  • Cream 100 g
  • 1-2 onions
  • LAGRIMA DE OLIVA GARLIC 3 Art. l
  • Salt, pepper to taste
 
 

PREPARE

Chop onions lightly browned on LAGRIMA DE OLIVA GARLIC.

Put the thawed mussels in this mixture, hold them a little on the fire and add wine.

Wait until the wine is half evaporated, add cheese, parsley and black pepper.

When the cheese melts in the wine, add the cream, bring it to a boil and remove from the heat.
